Terms of Service

Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Legacy Lounge website, lounge premises located at 1937 Clements Ferry Road, Charleston, SC, memberships, golf simulator, walk-in humidor, and all related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing our website or entering our lounge, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Age Requirement (21+)

Legacy Lounge is a strictly 21-and-over establishment. You must be at least 21 years of age to enter the premises, purchase tobacco or alcohol products, become a member, or use any of our Services. Valid government-issued photo identification is required. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone unable to verify age or in violation of South Carolina law.

Tobacco Products & Online Sales

Legacy Lounge does not sell, ship, or deliver tobacco products through this website or any online channel. All tobacco purchases occur in person at our lounge and require valid government-issued photo identification confirming the purchaser is 21 or older. Content on this website is for informational purposes only and is not an offer to sell tobacco products remotely.

Tobacco products contain nicotine, a chemical known to be addictive. Use of tobacco carries inherent health risks. By entering our premises you acknowledge these risks and agree to comply with all applicable state and federal tobacco regulations.

Memberships & Services

Memberships are personal, non-transferable, and subject to the terms presented at signup. Membership benefits, pricing, and availability may change at our discretion with reasonable notice. Recurring membership fees are billed in advance for the applicable term and are non-refundable except where required by law. Day passes, simulator reservations, and event bookings are subject to availability and our published policies.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Reservations — Please call ahead. We offer a 30-minute grace period; reservations may be auto-cancelled afterward to accommodate other guests.
  • Simulator bookings — Cancellation and refund terms are presented through our booking provider at the time of purchase.
  • Memberships — You may cancel future renewals at any time. Already-paid membership periods are non-refundable.
  • Retail purchases — Tobacco and consumable items are non-returnable once they leave the premises, except for defective product as required by law.

Lounge Rules & Conduct

  • Only cigars and tobacco purchased on-site or otherwise permitted by management may be smoked in the lounge.
  • Alcohol service is at the discretion of staff and consistent with South Carolina law.
  • Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, members, and other guests. We reserve the right to refuse service or remove anyone whose conduct disturbs other patrons.
  • Personal property, including locker contents, is stored at your own risk.
  • Photography and audio/video recording in private areas may require prior permission.

SMS Terms of Service

By opting into SMS communications from Legacy Lounge, you agree to receive text messages regarding lounge events, golf simulator bookings, membership information, reservation reminders, and customer service notifications.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, and the “Legacy Lounge” name and marks — is the property of Legacy Lounge or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy Lounge, its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your visit to the lounge. You acknowledge that the use of tobacco products carries inherent health risks.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Charleston County, South Carolina.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
